Feature: Behind the Supervisor's desk

Although viewers only see Sietse Bakker for a few minutes on screen in the contest, his involvement with the 2012 Junior Eurovision Song Contest goes back over a year, even before the bid by Dutch broadcaster AVRO was accepted.
