Press policy and rules
All accredited journalists at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019 are asked to follow these rules:
All forms of press contact must be handled by the participating broadcasters in such a way that young artists are not out of their depth or placed in situations in which they cannot cope. The Head of Delegation or Head of Press shall be the sole point of contact vis-à-vis the press.
Press members must contact the Heads of Delegation or Heads of Press with all requests for interviews and photoshoots.
Accredited members of the press can only enter the arena during the second rehearsals of delegations on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 November and during the first Dress Rehearsal on Saturday 23 November;
Entering other Dress Rehearsals is only allowed with valid tickets;
Press members, photographers and camera teams can enter the arena by showing their valid accreditation badge to security, but must remain in the designated area for production reasons;
Members of the press entering the arena during rehearsals must remain in the dedicated area indicated onsite to follow individual rehearsals of the participating artists;
Press members without valid tickets cannot enter the arena and are required to follow the show in the Press Centre;
It is prohibited to film or broadcast the whole show in any way without written permission from the EBU.
The EBU reserves the right to revoke accreditation should any rules be breached.
